This speech is Project 4 “How to Say It” from Basic Communicator Manual. The objectives of this speech are:

• Select the right words and sentence structure to communicate your ideas clearly, accurately and vividly.
• Use rhetorical devices to enhance and emphasize ideas.
• Eliminate jargon and unnecessary words. Use correct grammar.

The timing for the presentation is 5-7 mins.

There are two reasons for choosing this speech topic. First, I always admire true entrepreneurs. Second, I thought using more flowering language or slogan would be appropriate for this speech. I guessed the second reason was not quite true. Now I think it is better to use words or phrases that audience could remember.
